Privacy Policy

Fleet Wrap Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) wraps and rebrands commercial vehicles and installs wall graphics in the United States, Canada and Mexico. This policy explains what information we collect through fleetwrapsolutionsinc.com (the “site”), why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect
Information you give us
Quote requests. When you ask for a quote, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, fleet size, job type, vehicle types, where your vehicles are located and anything you write in the message field.
Files you upload. You can attach logos, artwork, fleet lists, resumes and photos of your work (PDF, AI, XLSX, DOC, JPG, PNG, up to 25 MB each). These files can contain information about you, your company or your vehicles.
Job applications. When you apply to work with us, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, the city and state where you live, the position you want, your wrap experience, how much you can travel, what you have wrapped before, your certifications, whether you hold a valid driver’s license, your resume, photos of your work, and links to your portfolio or Instagram.
Please do not send us sensitive information (for example Social Security or other government ID numbers, health information or bank details) through the site. We do not ask for it at this stage.
Information collected automatically
Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile processes technical signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request. We use it to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies. The site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Turnstile may set strictly necessary cookies to protect our forms.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- reply to your quote request, prepare estimates and schedule work;
- review job applications, contact applicants and make hiring decisions;
- keep records of jobs, quotes and our communication with you;
- protect the site and our forms from spam, fraud and abuse;
- meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the site and our business, and only as needed for that work:

We may also share information:
- with our installers and subcontractors, when they need it to carry out a job you ordered;
- when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public;
- with a buyer or successor if our business is sold or merged.
4. How long we keep it
- Quote requests and files: up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer if you become a customer and we need the records for the job, warranty, tax or accounting purposes.
- Job applications: up to 2 years after we receive them, so we can contact you about future openings, and at least as long as employment law requires.
- Server and spam-protection logs: kept by our providers for their standard periods, usually a few weeks.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see section 6).
5. How we protect it
Data sent through the site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Uploaded files are stored with our hosting provider at long, random links that are not published anywhere; we share those links only with people at Fleet Wrap Solutions who need them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete your information;
- stop using your information for a particular purpose.
Send your request to support@fleetwrapsolutionsinc.com. We will confirm your identity, then reply within 30 days, or within the period required by the law that applies to you. We will not treat you differently because you made a request.
United States. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, for example the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA). You can use an authorized agent to make a request. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of sale or sharing, although we do not sell or share personal information.
Canada. We handle personal information in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You can withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual limits.
Mexico. Under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, you can exercise your ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition) by writing to support@fleetwrapsolutionsinc.com.
7. Where your information is stored
We are based in the United States, and our service providers store data in the United States. If you contact us from Canada, Mexico or elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
8. Children
This site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Job applicants must be at least 18 years old.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
